Bar Staff Wanted

Fancy making a few quid and having the craic with your mates this summer?

Join the Town Square team at our Irish pop-up bar during Belfast Fleadh 2026.

From 31 July to 9 August, you'll be right at the heart of one of the biggest events Belfast has ever hosted. Expect packed bars, live music, visitors from around the world and an atmosphere unlike anything else you'll work this summer.

We're looking for people who are:

Friendly, energetic and great with people

Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Available for at least 5 shifts during the event, including the closing weekend

Happy working evenings and late nights

Hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential. We'll provide full training.

What you'll be doing:

Serving pints, wine and soft drinks

Delivering friendly, efficient service

Keeping the bar stocked, clean and ready for service

Working as part of a busy, supportive team

Helping create a great experience for every guest
